Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, 3 sliced green onions, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 package enoki mushrooms (or chopped mushrooms), 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons sherry, and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. Set the mixture aside.

In a bowl or ramekin, begin layering: place a dumpling paper at the bottom, followed by a layer of the pork mixture. Continue repeating this layering process until your ramekin is almost full. Before adding the final dumpling paper on top, pour about 1/4 cup of water into the ramekin. Finish with the last dumpling paper.

Steam the assembled dumpling lasagna for 20 minutes. Once finished, add chili oil and fresh green onions as garnish. Enjoy!
