Thanksgiving Mac N Cheese

Grate all cheeses into a bowl, mixing together and setting aside at least 1 cup for topping.

Boil 1 lb macaroni pasta in salt water for about 7 minutes, then drain and add to an oven-safe pan.

For cheese sauce, melt butter in a large pot, then add flour and mix for about 2 minutes.

Gradually add milk and cream while stirring, then sprinkle in 3 cups of grated cheese until well combined on low heat.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste, then mix in the cooked macaroni.

Place half of the macaroni & cheese in a glass baking dish, cover with cheese, and pour the remaining half on top.

Top with more shredded cheese, 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, and 2 tbsp melted butter.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or broil carefully until golden brown.

Plate it all up, serve, and enjoy!
