Delicious air-fried spicy orange glazed chicken wings made with a sweet and tangy sauce featuring orange and lime juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, and monk fruit sweetener. An irresistible dish that can also be baked for those without an air fryer.
Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp baking powder.
Air fry at 350°F for 25 minutes, then increase to 400°F for 3 minutes, or bake at 400°F with some oil, salt, and pepper for 45 minutes if using an oven.
Zest the orange and lime, then squeeze the juice out of both into a bowl.
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, monk fruit sweetener, rice vinegar, salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, corn starch, and water to the bowl and whisk until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat on high until it reduces and thickens.
Toss the cooked chicken wings in the sauce to coat them evenly.
Optionally add sesame seeds for garnish.
