Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Combine ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, black pepper, egg, and shredded mozzarella, and mix well. For rice paper, submerge in water for about 3 seconds and place on a cutting board flat. Place filling directly into the hydrated rice paper, fold the sides in, and roll up until closed. Continue with remaining rice papers. Spray air fryer sheet with cooking spray and lay down your rice papers with chicken filling. Cut into bite size pieces with scissors and spray all over with cooking spray. Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. ENJOY!!!
