Pickle Dip Christmas Tree

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a stand mixer or bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and pickle juice. Fold in chopped pickles, parsley, seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt & black pepper to taste), and mozzarella. Place in fridge to set for 20-30 minutes. (This makes it easier to fold with pastry dough later). On a baking sheet, lay out 2 puff pastry sheets and cut into a large triangle (tree shape). You may have to roll out sheets slightly with a roller prior. For cutting the pull-apart pieces, start by cutting into tree branches across on both sides all the way down. Make sure you don't cut through the whole tree and leave a part in the middle so it stays intact. Once you finish cutting all the way down, twist out the cut parts of the tree on both sides. Use egg wash and brush along all over the top. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-25 minutes. Once finished, let cool slightly and you are ready to serve and enjoy!!!
