Hailey Bieber's Chicken Meatballs

For the meatballs: Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until just combined, then form into meatballs.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown on all sides.

For the tomato sauce: Sauté diced onion in a little olive oil until softened, then add garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and fresh basil. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.

Add the browned meatballs into the sauce, cover, and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through, about 10–15 minutes. Serve meatballs and sauce with cottage cheese, a little ricotta, parmesan, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
