Delicious turkey burgers infused with feta cheese and kalamata olives, served with a homemade tzatziki sauce. These burgers are perfect for a flavorful meal and come together easily, making 4 servings ready to enjoy.
Combine ground turkey, chopped kalamata olives, feta, chopped dill, chopped parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties and set aside.
In a pan, add olive oil on medium/high heat.
Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip.
Continue cooking and flipping until they are cooked all the way through. Optionally, finish cooking them in the oven at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
For the tzatziki, grate cucumber and add a pinch of salt. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid using a paper towel.
Combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, chopped mint, and juice of one lemon in a bowl, mix, and refrigerate.
For assembly, use toasted brioche buns and place lettuce on the bottom, followed by the turkey burger, tzatziki, tomato, and red onion.
