Everything Bagel Dip

1: Thinly slice onion for caramelizing.

2: In a saute pan, add the onions, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and saute for 10-15 minutes on low/medium heat, stirring every few minutes.

3: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. Mix together well.

4: Once onions are finished, add them to the bowl with the yogurt mixture. Place in the fridge until ready for serving.

5: Rinse a russet potato and slice thinly using a mandolin or peeler.

6: Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl of ice-cold water for 20 minutes and then drain.

7: Add olive oil to the soaked potatoes and combine.

8: Place in the air fryer basket and air fry at 360°F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown.

9: Once chips are finished, add a scoop of dip onto a plate with more everything bagel seasoning on top. Serve with chips and enjoy!
