Cheeseburger

Portion 1 lb of ground beef into 3 patties and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large sauté pan over high heat.

Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side and add cheese of choice.

For the burger sauce, combine mayo, ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, sweet pickle relish, and a dash of salt and pepper. Set aside.

For caramelized onions, dice 1 onion and bring the sauté pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil to medium-high heat. Add the onions with a dash of salt.

Stir the onions and then bring the heat to low. Add 2 tbsp of water and continue to caramelize until fully cooked on low heat.

For bacon, air fry at 350°F for 8-9 minutes.

Assemble the burger on lightly toasted brioche buns with burger sauce on the bottom, followed by the cooked patty, bacon, tomato, lettuce, pickles, more sauce on top, and finished with caramelized onions.
