A delicious and viral Boursin cheese and orzo bake combining creamy flavors with vibrant vegetables. This dish features pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken stock, and spinach, all blended with flavorful seasonings and topped with sharp white cheddar and cream.

What you need

2 cup cooked orzo

1 cup sundried tomatoes

1 boursin cheese

4 cup chicken stock

2 cup spinach

1 lemon

1 ½ cup sharp cheddar

1 red pepper flake

½ tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp italian seasoning

½ cup cream

Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 425°F.

2: In a large baking dish, add Boursin cheese in the middle and orzo around it.

3: Add in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and oil, followed by chicken stock and seasonings.

4: Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.

5: Grate sharp white cheddar.

6: Once orzo is almost finished, fold in spinach, cheddar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

7: Toss back in the oven for a couple minutes.

8: Finish with cream and stir.
